2. What data we collect

3. What we use it for
- Providing the service: showing the predictions, maintaining your account, saving your preferences, delivering purchased products.
- Answering inquiries and support requests.
- Measuring and improving the Site: usage statistics, performance, error detection.
- Measuring advertising campaigns: knowing which ad generated a visit or a purchase.
- Complying with legal obligations, preventing fraud and enforcing our Terms.
Legal basis (where applicable): performance of the service you request, your consent (analytics, notifications, non-essential cookies), our legitimate interest in maintaining and improving the Site, and compliance with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not send commercial communications without your consent, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
4. Who we share it with
Only with providers we need to operate the Site, under their own privacy policies:

Links to third-party sites (including bookmakers) lead to services that have their own privacy policies; gambeta.ai does not control how they process your data.
5. Cookies and local storage
We use cookies and the browser’s local storage for:
- Essential: keeping you signed in and remembering preferences (language, sport, filters).
- Analytics: Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, to understand how the Site is used.
- Campaign attribution: the campaign identifier described in section 2.
You can block or delete cookies from your browser settings. If you block essential cookies, some features (such as staying signed in) may not work.
6. How long we keep it
- Account data: while the account is active and for up to 12 months after its deletion, unless there is a legal obligation to retain it.
- Purchase data: for the period required by applicable tax and accounting regulations.
- Contact inquiries: up to 24 months.
- Analytics data: according to the provider’s retention periods, in aggregated or pseudonymized form.
- Campaign identifier: for as long as it remains in your browser; you can delete it by clearing the site’s storage.
7. Your rights
Depending on the legislation that applies to you (including, among others, Argentina’s Law 25.326, the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation, Mexico’s Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, Colombia’s Law 1581 or Peru’s Law 29733), you may request access to, rectification, updating, erasure or portability of your data, or object to its processing, and you may withdraw your consent at any time.
To exercise these rights, write to [email protected] from the email address associated with your account, stating which right you wish to exercise. We respond within a maximum of 30 days. If you believe your request was not addressed, you may file a complaint with the data protection authority of your country (in Argentina, the Agencia de Acceso a la InformaciĂłn PĂşblica).
8. Minors
The Site is intended exclusively for persons aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we detect an account belonging to a minor, we will delete it. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a minor has provided us with data, write to us and we will delete it.
9. Security and international transfers
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures (encryption in transit, encrypted passwords, restricted access) to protect your data. No system is infallible; should a breach affecting your data occur, we will notify you in accordance with applicable law.
Our providers may host data on servers outside your country (for example, in the United States or the European Union). In such cases, we require appropriate contractual safeguards.
10. Changes to this policy
We will publish any change on this page with its update date. If the change is significant, we will announce it on the Site or by email to registered users.
