1. Who we are and what gambeta.ai is
gambeta.ai (hereinafter, “the Site”) is a sports statistical analysis service operated by Grupo Gambeta (hereinafter, “gambeta.ai”, “we”, “us”). The Site publishes sports predictions generated automatically by an artificial-intelligence model, together with calculation tools, articles and a public record of results. 2. Acceptance and requirements
By accessing the Site, creating an account or purchasing any product, you accept these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy and the Delivery and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
- You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your country, if higher). We reserve the right to request age verification and to close accounts that do not meet this requirement.
- It is your responsibility to know whether sports betting is legal in your jurisdiction and to use only operators authorized by the competent authority of your country.
- You may not use the Site if the laws of your country prohibit it.
3. Nature of the service: information, not betting
gambeta.ai is not a bookmaker. We do not accept bets, we do not manage gambling funds, we do not pay out winnings and we do not act as an intermediary in any betting transaction. What we publish and sell is statistical analysis and information, for guidance and entertainment purposes.
The predictions are generated from public data (statistics, market odds, team form) by an automated model configured by our team. Each prediction is published before the event starts, with its publication time and the reference odds available at that moment. The odds we display are market data recorded for informational purposes only: they are not an offer, they are not available on the Site and they may have changed.
The decision to bet, the amount, the operator and the timing are yours alone. gambeta.ai takes no part in that decision or in its consequences.
4. Free content and user account
The daily predictions, the results record and the calculation tools are free. Creating an account is optional and is only required for personal features (saving your betting log, receiving alerts, taking part in the forum).
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity carried out from your account.
- You must provide truthful information. We may suspend accounts with false details, duplicate accounts or accounts used abusively.
- You may request the deletion of your account at any time by writing to [email protected].
5. Paid products (High Stake)
“High Stake” is a paid daily pick, chosen by hand by our team from among the predictions of its VIP sources; it is not selected by the artificial-intelligence model. By purchasing it, you acquire access to informational digital content (the pick, its reference odds and the reasoning behind it), not a result, a profit or a financial service.
- Price and one-time payment. The price is shown before purchase in the stated currency. Unless expressly stated otherwise on the product page, the purchase is a one-time payment, with no subscription or automatic renewal.
- Payment processor. Payments are processed through third-party platforms (currently, Kunfupay). gambeta.ai does not store full card details. By paying, you also accept the processor’s terms.
- Delivery. The prediction is delivered digitally once payment is confirmed and always before the event starts. The details are in the Delivery and Refund Policy.
- Personal use. Paid content is for personal use. Reselling, redistributing or publishing it on third-party channels, groups or sites is prohibited.
- Public record. The result of each High Stake is published on the Site once the event has been settled, whether it won or not. The figures for wins and losses are a historical record and do not predict future results.
6. Third-party links and commercial agreements
The Site may contain links to third-party sites, including bookmakers, and may receive financial compensation when a user registers or carries out transactions through those links (sponsorship or affiliate agreements). That compensation does not alter the predictions or their record.
- We do not control third-party sites or their terms, promotions, licenses or practices. Their use is governed by each third party’s terms.
- Before registering or transacting with any bookmaker, check that it is authorized by the regulator in your jurisdiction. Using unauthorized platforms may be illegal in your country and is at your sole responsibility.
- Any promotions, bonuses or codes that may appear belong to the third party offering them and are subject to their own terms.
7. No guarantee of results
No prediction, human or automated, guarantees profits. Sporting events have an element of chance that no model eliminates. Losing streaks happen. Past results published on the Site do not guarantee or predict future results. Only bet money you can afford to lose.
The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee that the Site is free of errors, that third-party data (scores, odds, statistics) is accurate at all times, or that the service will be uninterrupted.
8. Permitted and prohibited uses
It is prohibited to: (a) copy, mass-extract or redistribute the predictions, the record or any content of the Site without written authorization; (b) use bots, scrapers or automated techniques that overload the service; (c) resell or share paid content; (d) use the Site for illegal activities or to circumvent legal restrictions in your country; (e) impersonate gambeta.ai or present its predictions as your own; (f) attempt to access other people’s accounts or internal systems.
Media outlets, creators and analysts may cite our public statistics with attribution to gambeta.ai. For broader uses, write to us.
9. Intellectual property
The model, the software, the texts, the design, the trademarks and the gambeta.ai name are the property of Grupo Gambeta or its licensors. The names of clubs, leagues, competitions and athletes are mentioned for informational and descriptive purposes only; gambeta.ai is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any of those entities or by any bookmaker.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gambeta.ai shall not be liable for financial losses arising from bets placed on the basis of information on the Site, nor for indirect damages, loss of profits or loss of data. In any event, gambeta.ai’s total liability to a user for a paid product shall not exceed the amount actually paid for that product.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that applicable consumer law grants you on a non-waivable basis.
11. Forum and user content
The forum and community features allow you to publish your own content. By doing so, you declare that you have the right to publish it and you grant us a non-exclusive license to display it on the Site. It is not permitted to publish illegal or offensive content, third-party advertising, links to unauthorized operators or offers to sell predictions. We may moderate, edit or remove content and suspend accounts without prior notice.
12. Changes, suspension and governing law
We may amend these Terms by publishing the updated version on this page with its date. Continued use of the Site after a change implies acceptance of it. We may suspend or discontinue the Site, in whole or in part, for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Argentina, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of the user’s country of residence. Any claim may first be addressed to [email protected]; we will try to resolve it within a reasonable period before any formal proceedings.
