❓ Frequently asked questions
What is the ODDS ERROR?
It is a Human High Stake (a one-time-payment pick, no subscription) that we publish when our tipster believes a bookmaker priced a line wrong, and explains the reasoning. It is their opinion: it is not a confirmed error or a guaranteed result.
When do I get it?
Before kick-off: by email, in your Gambeta account (My High Stakes dashboard) and through the Telegram bot. The ODDS ERROR has no fixed date, but no more than 30 days go by without one: it is published when our tipster finds a price that looks wrong. If you buy ahead of time, it is reserved in your name and reaches you as soon as it is published.
What happens if it does not land?
If you bought the ODDS ERROR, we give you 3 months (90 days) of Human High Stakes. On a regular High Stake the insurance is 14 days. It is insurance in picks, not in money. The result is always published in the public history.
Can I see the pick before buying?
No. Neither the pick nor its reasoning is published before purchase. When you buy you get the pick with the teams, the time and the odds, plus the tipster’s analysis if it is already loaded.
Can I buy it after the match has started?
The sale of that ODDS ERROR closes when the match kicks off. If you buy anyway, your purchase is reserved for the next one. The result is published in the history, win or lose.
