MLS is the most level league of the group, and deliberately so: the salary cap, the draft and allocation rules compress the differences. When no team is much better than another there is less mispricing to find — and the hit rate reflects that.
What the AI looks at in the MLS
The model weighs the league's structural parity, travel across time zones (a factor that barely exists in Europe) and the weight of designated players, who concentrate the talent in a handful of names.
The markets the AI analyzes
- 1X2: home, draw or away — the most popular market.
- Asian handicap: levels uneven matches and usually pays better.
- Over/Under goals: over or under 2.5, 3.5, and so on.
- Both teams to score (BTTS): attractive odds with clear patterns.
For every match the AI recommends the market where the edge against the odds is largest — and when it finds no edge, it publishes nothing.
Which market hits most in the MLS
Not every market performs the same in the same competition, and you cannot work that out by reading previews: you have to look at the results. These are the numbers from our public record in the MLS, across 28 settled picks at average odds of 1.65:
- Over goals — 7/13 (54%)
- Match result (1X2 / double chance) — 7/13 (54%)
In total the AI has 16 correct out of 28 in the MLS (57%).
The gap between Over goals (54%) and Match result (1X2 / double chance) (54%) is exactly why the model does not apply the same criteria across every competition.
Small samples: read them as a trend, not a guarantee. The numbers come from the public record —which includes the misses as well as the hits— and recalculate themselves as picks settle. Our overall yield sits at 1.04%, essentially break-even: hit rate alone is not enough when the bet sizing is wrong.
