What a chatbot can and cannot do
ChatGPT, Gemini or Claude reason very well, but they don't see live results, don't have current odds and keep no record of their hits. Ask them "who wins on Sunday" and they will invent an answer with confidence.

How to feed it the data
Copy results, squad and odds tables from your stats source and paste them in the same message. Always ask it to cite which data point it used for each conclusion. If it answers with a number you did not give it, it is invented.
Save the prompts with their answers: after a month you will see how much it actually got right, which is the one thing no chatbot measures by itself.

When the prompt is not enough
A chatbot with a good prompt is a fast analyst, not a model. It does not compute calibrated probabilities over thousands of matches and publishes no record.
